1. Request an Appointment
Click Book to request your service and choose your preferred date, time, and location.
2. Confirm Your Booking & Payment
After selecting your service, you will be directed to our secure payment page to complete your booking.
3. Receive Your Appointment Confirmation
Your receipt and order confirmation will be sent by email and will include your assigned Agent’s name, photo, and contact information.*
4. Service Completion & Follow-Up
Once your service is completed, you will receive a final notification confirming the assignment has been closed, along with an invitation to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback.
Cancellation Policy
* Standard Bookings — Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund to help cover the Signing Agent’s reserved time and travel.
** Expedited Services — Urgent and same-day appointments are non-refundable. The full service fee will be retained; however, one reschedule may be granted within 10 business days. Additional fees may apply.
